How to open patient profile in OperaDDS?

Inside of OperaDDS, search for and open the patient's profile, using the magnifying glass in the toolbar.

Can patients log into OperaDDS?

Your patients can log into OperaDDS's Patient Portal to make changes to their Appointment Confirmations Settings, message your office directly, view and reply to your Secure Email messages, and view and update their past patient forms.

Can a patient see if they have changed their password?

If the patient has previously logged into the Patient Portal, they are required to have changed their password and you will be unable to view it . To help patients reset their own password, please have them perform the following:

Can a patient view secure email?

Here a patient can view and respond to Secure Email from your office staff. They cannot compose messages; they can only reply to messages received within the last 30 days.
