Just the word “cancer”, as a diagnosis, weighs heavily on us and with the closest treatments are often in Santa Fe or Albuquerque there can be added stressors of transportation, fuel, lodging, and certainly the need for emotional strengthening. Holy Cross Cancer Support Services in Taos is here to help meet basic needs, ease stress, promote healing, and improve the quality of life by offering financial, emotional and transportation services to patients and their caregivers battling cancer in Taos and Western Colfax Counties. In 2020, CSS provided support for 125 of our community members in their battle with cancer.
