If you’re living with a rare or chronic disease, our patient assistance programs are designed to support you. Our programs provide financial assistance with copays and prescriptions, health insurance premiums, infusion and nursing services, ancillary costs, travel costs, and more – all at no cost to you.

What is an infusion and nursing service?

Infusion and Nursing Services assists with costs associated with the infusion of FDA approved and indicated treatment and nursing services for the program diagnosis.

What is an ancillary assistance?

Ancillary assistance includes a wide range of healthcare services to support treatment for the program diagnosis. This may include out of pockets costs for medical visits, hospitalizations, laboratory testing, durable medical equipment, etc.

When is correspondence sent to the patient?

Correspondence is sent to the patient once eligibility determination has been made. The patient may contact PSI to speak with a representative.

How long does it take to file a PSI claim?

PSI has a 4-month time ly filing limit for eligible claims or payments. Claims must be received within 4 months of the eligible date of service to be considered for payment. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us directly at (800) 366-7741.

Does PSI communicate with patients?

Can a pharmacy submit a claim electronically?

Pharmacy claims may be submitted electronically for approved patients. Pharmacies must be contracted with our PBM vendor to submit electronic claims for pharmacy billing of eligible medication copays. Some helpful billing information is below.

How long does it take for PSI to send notification?

The review timeframe may vary by program. Notification will be sent to the patient 30 days prior to the due date.

Where do you have to be to qualify for PSI?

To be eligible for PSI assistance, you must legally reside in the US or one its territories and receive treatment from a US provider.
