What time does the billing department at a hospital open?

Our Billing Department is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm ET to answer any insurance or billing questions, and to file a claim on a patient’s behalf. Patients who are eligible for our financial assistance program may qualify for an additional discount.

Does BioReference have a payment plan?

BioReference offers payment plans for those who do not have the ability to pay their balance in full or a Self-Pay price for those who are un insured or elect not to use their insurance. Please contact our Customer Services Billing Department 1-833-469-5227 for more information.
