What are trimed’s additional products?

Insurance. Patients have the ability to take a picture of their insurance card with their phone or tablet and upload it straight into the Portal. We capture both front and back of the insurance card and send it to the PM for verification purposes. This is a time saving way for you to have the patient’s most up-to-date insurance information.

Can you use Portal on an iPhone?

Everything that patients can do in Portal on a desktop, they can also do on an iPhone or tablet. Some of these features are extremely beneficial when patients can access them anytime on a mobile device.

What is scoring system?

A scoring system can be added to any form. When Form Scoring is setup, the system can identify how certain questions should be answered by the patient. For example, on a Safety Questionnaire, if the patient responds to a question with an answer that the provider will need to discuss with the patient, he will be flagged upon entering the patient’s chart. And vice versa if everything looks good on a form it can automatically be marked as a historic item in the patient chart. This way the information is recorded and stored in its proper location without unnecessary human interaction.

Can you reproduce a paper form?

We can reproduce all your current paper forms to be used as online forms. Any forms that you currently use in the paper world can be created as a digital form . TriMed also offers a library of standard pediatric forms that are readily used, and every form is fully customizable. If you have an old form you would like to tweak, or an idea for a completely new form, hand over your requests and allow us to create your customized templates for you.

Can a patient sign a form?

Patient Signatures. Patient signatures can be captured on forms. While some forms are designed to collect data, others are information for the patient that need to be verified with a signature. Gathering signatures is no problem in Patient Forms.

What is a booking wizard?

The Booking Wizard guides patients through custom questions to determine booking options. This allows your patients to book Well Visits on Well Visit Slots, and Sick Visits on Sick Visit Slots while we do the decision work for them. When booking an appointment we have the ability to prompt the patient for further information such as clinical reason. We can also offer instructions to the patient prior to the visit.

What is rules engine?

Our Rules Engine manages eligible appointments and patients and is fully customized to your needs. You decide which providers, locations, times, and visit types can be booked online by your patients.
