Going forward WWMG will continue the use of our EZAccess patient portal. If you have not already signed up for EZAccess, and you are an existing patient, you can call your clinic to register, or you can click on the link below and follow the instructions on the right hand side of the screen to register yourself.

Beyond the Patient Portal, we can enable certain mobile apps that meet requisite technical specification and security requirements to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. Currently no mobile apps have been configured to connect to our system.
The Patient Portal is stored on a secure server and communications with the server are encrypted. However, be aware that no encryption method can be guaranteed to be unbreachable.
