If you are a new user to Patient Gateway, go to www.patientgateway.org and click "Enroll Now" to begin the enrollment process. Your account will be activated once you: Confirm your identity. Create a username, password, and security question.

If you’re sending information to verify information on your application (like your income, citizenship, or immigration status): Once the documents have been processed, you’ll get a notice that explains if you need to do anything else.
Once logged into the Patient Portal, patients have the ability to upload files that will automatically show for the practice in the Review Scans window.
Patients will need to be logged in to the Patient Portal to upload files to the practice. Tip: Provide your patients with instructions on how to upload documents via the Patient Portal and more through the Welcome to the Practice Message.
