Your Visit

To serve you in the best way possible, we work by appointments. Please let us know of any issues that may necessitate how soon you need to be seen. After office hours all calls are answered by the office’s answering service.

Insurance

At Women's Health Center of Shelton we participate in many managed care plans and see patients with government as well as traditional insurance. Some insurance plans may require that you obtain a referral from your regular doctor (PCP) before you visit us if we are not your designated gynecologist.

Billing and Payments

You are responsible for all deductibles, co-payments and/or any referrals that may be required by your insurance company.

Otherwise, the applicable forms will need to be filled out upon arrival at our office. Should you opt to complete them at our office, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
