Over fifty years ago, The Woman’s Clinic of Monroe was established by Dr. Richard Vines and Dr. Ed Brown. Dr. Vines and Dr. Brown began practicing together in 1961 and were a part of a group of doctors that purchased an office building in the early 1960’s at the corner of Catalpa and Jackson Street.

I have already had blood work done but I cannot see my labs online. Why?

It can take around 3 business days after blood has been collected for the results to be sent to your medical provider. Once they receive the results, the labs will be published online when the provider has signed off on the labs.

Why Is it that I cannot see my report for my Radiology imaging which I had done?

Radiology reports do not load to the portal. Rather your PCP will document their own results which you will be able to access.

How soon can I request an appointment from the patient portal?

The minimum amount of time to request an appointment is 3 days, but does not guarantee an appointment. As schedules allow, we will do our best to provide an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. For all urgent requests, it is best to call the office at (831) 427-3500.

Am I able to request medication refills from the patient portal?

Currently we are not refilling prescriptions from the patient portal. Please contact your pharmacy to request medication refills.

How do I log in for the first time with the mobile application, Healow?

Make sure that you have previously logged into your Patient Portal account.

I am having trouble accessing my account. What can I do to recover my account?

From the patient portal login screen, click on “Trouble logging in” below the login box to recover your password. You also can go directly to the Trouble loggin in webpage here: https://mycw31.eclinicalweb.com/portal3267/jsp/jspnew/template.jsp?templateUrl=accountRecovery
