Why is single sign on not working on my WMU login?

To get started: Give your email address to a reception staff member to add to the system. Request your UC Patient ID from a reception staff and keep it handy. This system is for the use of authorized users only. Individuals using this network system without authority, or in excess of their authority, are subject to having all of their activities on this system monitored and recorded.

How to get vaccinated

Vaccines are widely available both on and off campus and are free of charge regardless of your health insurance or immigration status. There are three vaccine options available in the United States. You can learn more about possible side effects on the CDC website .

Registration and verification process

Sindecuse Health Center collects vaccination status from students, faculty and staff on a voluntary basis. This information is held in your secure, privacy-protected health record separate from other University records. A voluntary vaccination status report, when verified, allows the University to offer incentives to those reporting a vaccination.

My Patient Portal

Patient portals are interactive health records giving you convenient, 24-hour access to your personal health information. All you need is an internet connection.

Do I have to have a separate login for each of my children?

You do NOT have to have a separate email for each child as long as you use the same email address to set up each account. When you log into the Portal, you can toggle between your personal portal and their portal accounts. Please note, when your children turn 18, this link will break and they will need to create their own account.
