How do I log in to the patient portal?

You will need to enter and confirm a password that is 8 characters long and contains upper and lower-case letters as well as numbers. You can select a security question and provide the answer to confirm your identity if you forget your password and need to reset it. You should now be logged into the Patient Portal.

How do I register to use visionpoint Eye Center?

To Register, enter the email address on record at VisionPoint Eye Center. Select Next. A validation code will be sent to your email address. Enter that code and your birthday. Select Next. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam and Junk folders.

To Register, enter the email address on record at VisionPoint Eye Center. Select Next.

A validation code will be sent to your email address. Enter that code and your birthday. Select Next.

Step 4

What is a zoster eye study?

The Zoster Eye Disease Study (ZEDS), supported by the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health, aims to determine the best treatment to reduce the complications of herpes zoster ophthalmicus, also referred to as shingles of the eye.

Can you record audio at the Virginia Eye Institute?

Consistent with state and federal privacy laws, and as a condition of treatment, audio or video recordings are not permitted inside Virginia Eye Institute facilities. Should anyone be observed recording or taking photographs with a cellphone or other device, the individual will be asked to immediately erase the audio, video or photographs to protect the privacy of other patients and VEI associates.
