Available Now! MyVHC offers one convenient and secure patient portal servicing our patients at Virginia Hospital Center, Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group and Arlington Pediatric Center! MyVHC is a free service that allows you to view your medical information 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
To set up your patient portal access, you can call us at 804-897-2100 or stop by the front desk and provide us with an email address. Please do not use the patient portal if you have an urgent need.
We are proud to offer our patients who are 16 years or older their very own portal, complete with a private username and password. When you log into the patient portal, you’ll be able to access information pulled right from your electronic medical record. This enables you to communicate with us in a convenient, safe, and secure online environment.
Patients are seen by appointment – on the same day the appointment is made if possible. To schedule an appointment, please call (540) 443-0500 during regular business hours.
New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x-rays, lab results, and your insurance card to your appointment.
We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit, and all major credit cards.
We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.
To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.
