A patient portal is a secure online website that gives you convenient 24-hour access to your personal health information and medical records – called an Electronic Health Record or EHR – from anywhere with an Internet connection.

When will the new health patient portal be available?

The NEW Health Patient Portal only includes medical information that has been added after October 14, 2019. For information prior to October 14, 2019, please use Previous Patient Portals. Do NOT use the Patient Portal. Call the Patient Access Team (973-559-0081) if you need to speak with a staff member immediately. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Yes. Patient portals have privacy and security safeguards in place to protect your health information. Always remember to protect your user name and password from others and make sure to only log on to the patient portal from a personal or secure computer.

During enrollment, alternate links are provided which connect you to our Accessibility Patient Portal without graphical images, colors, and other design elements. This "plain" portal can be utilized via common software plug-ins such as screen readers for the visually impaired or translators into other languages.
