Online scheduling is currently available only for COVID Testing UTK students who are either asymptomatic or with mild symptoms and wish to be tested only and not be evaluated by a healthcare provider. Please call the telephone triage nurse at 865-974-5080 for all other appointments to see a Health Center provider.

Immunizations must be submitted to the Student Health Center online using the Student Health patient portal.
If you will be on campus before the semester begins, you may deliver your immunizations records to the Immunizations Coordinator at the Student Health Center.
Yes, students can request a religious or medical exemption to the immunization requirement by completing the immunizations exemption form and submitting it using the Student Health patient portal. Medical exemptions require the signature of a health care provider.
