Insurance

We will work with you and your insurance carrier in getting any claims filed and paid, however the contract is with you and your insurance carrier. Should you have any concerns on the processing of your claim, you should direct your concerns to your insurance carrier.

PPO and Managed Care Patients

We ask that you bring your insurance card and your referral number with you at the time of the office visit. Many of the HMO and PPOs require that you have a referral number from your primary care physician before being seen by a specialist.

Medicare

We accept Medicare assignment and will handle all the filing of your claims with Medicare. If you do not have a Medicare supplement, you will be responsible for the 20 percent of the allowable.
