The University Medical Center Patient Portal is a convenient way to request appointments and prescription refills, ask your doctor medical questions, get test results and medical and immunization records, and ask about medical billing.
You also can view or cancel upcoming appointments, message your provider directly, see your visit history, and access medical records. If you do not have an account, talk with your USA Health provider about creating one. The location where you receive treatment determines which portal you use.
If you do not have access to the Patient Portal, ask for a temporary username and password next time you visit UMC. If you are having a medical emergency, call Emergency Medical Services (911) or call your nearest hospital or medical practice.
The location where you receive treatment determines which portal you use. If you receive care at multiple locations (for example, if your primary care provider is at USA Mobile Diagnostic Center but you receive specialty care at Neurology Specialists), you may have records in both portals.
