MyHealthEP Patient Portal. MyHealthEP Patient Portal is University Medical Center of El Paso’s and El Paso Children’s Hospital’s Patient Portal. The patient portal allows you to access your healthcare record 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week and anywhere via Internet access.
To sign up for a MyPortfolio account, click the "Log in to MyPortfolio" button above and select "Sign Up Now."
The paperwork you would normally fill out at an in-person office visit can now be done conveniently online through our eCheck-In process.
You can complete your eCheck-In up to seven days before your appointment.
Enrollment takes less than five minutes. If you had a healthcare visit to UMC or El Paso Children's Hospital you should have received an invitation to enroll for the portal via email. If you did not receive an email, please visit the hospital's Registration Department for enrollment assistance.
Include upper and lower case characters. A password with at least six characters with both uppercase & lowercase letters, special characters and numbers is best for security. Include a mix of upper and lower case characters plus numbers.
