The Patient Portal is an easy and convenient way to securely communicate with your physician and staff members at any time of the day. Many providers and patients find communicating via the Patient Portal works well because unlike a phone call; both parties do not need to be available at the same time.
You MUST pay by phone for immediate flag removal. Call the Business Services Office during business hours at 706-542-8621. Transactions paid online today will NOT be processed until the following business day; flags will be removed from your UGA account the following business day as well.
Services are offered to faculty, staff, retired faculty/staff, spouses, domestic partners and dependents ages 4-26 years. *Dependents 16 or older must have their own UGA ID card. Generous discounts are offered to employees. Eye exams are offered by appointments.

What is the Health Fee? ... All UGA students and their spouses/partners may use health center services. Full-time students pay a health fee each semester (fees-paid student).
Full-time students pay a mandatory UGA health fee which provides students a multitude of wellness and medical services at discounted rates. Students taking five or fewer credit hours may either pay the health fee or use the health center on a fee-for-service basis.
Make an appointment via telehealth or in person by calling 706-542-1162 or your primary care team's number. Employees who are showing symptoms should seek care and testing from a healthcare provider and may be required to self-quarantine.
If you are currently healthy, and not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19: You may register for an appointment at a testing location on campus. Please use your MyID to log into the Student/Faculty/Staff Testing Portal below to schedule your appointment. You will be required to show your UGACard at the testing location.
