How can I help a patient at UAMS?

Masks must be worn at UAMS at all times. You may bring one person with you to your appointment. Health Screenings are required for patients and visitors. What happens to my myportal account when my clinic uses UAMS MyChart?

Over the next several weeks, the UAMS Family Medical Centers will begin using a new electronic medical records system by Epic Systems Corporation. Epic is a worldwide leader in electronic medical records, and they have a state-of-the-art Patient Portal known as MyChart. This transition will take place from Oct. 26th to Dec. 7th, 2020.

What is the UAMS family medical center?

UAMS MyChart is a patient portal that gives you free, secure 24-hour online access to your health information. You can see your lab and test results, send messages to your doctor, make appointments, refill prescriptions and pay your bills. What is the number to call for telemedicine?

This service is available to both new and existing patients. Patients should call (479) 785-2431 to schedule a telemedicine appointment.

How old do you have to be to visit a clinic?

One visitor may come to your appointment with you. You may also include others in your appointment by phone or video chat. Visitors must be 18 or older. Some clinics have additional visitor guidelines. Call your clinic for more information if you have a visitation question.
