How to see documents sent to the portal?

When a document is sent to the Portal the patient will receive a text message and they can click the link on their phone to log straight into the portal to see the document. They will be able to view the document straight from their phone.

Can patients receive messages from their office?

Patients can send and receive messages from your office, and with the ability to respond on a mobile device they can do so whenever is convenient for them. This increases the number of responses and decreases the amount of incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Can you send a prescription refill request from your phone?

With this capability, patients can request refills on the go and not have to add this to the list of things to worry about.

Can you use Portal on an iPhone?

Everything that patients can do in Portal on a desktop, they can also do on an iPhone or tablet. Some of these features are extremely beneficial when patients can access them anytime on a mobile device.

What is scoring system?

A scoring system can be added to any form. When Form Scoring is setup, the system can identify how certain questions should be answered by the patient. For example, on a Safety Questionnaire, if the patient responds to a question with an answer that the provider will need to discuss with the patient, he will be flagged upon entering the patient’s chart. And vice versa if everything looks good on a form it can automatically be marked as a historic item in the patient chart. This way the information is recorded and stored in its proper location without unnecessary human interaction.

Can a patient sign a form?

Patient Signatures. Patient signatures can be captured on forms. While some forms are designed to collect data, others are information for the patient that need to be verified with a signature. Gathering signatures is no problem in Patient Forms.

Portal Alerts are the tool that drives patients to the information you have made available to them on the Portal. Portal Alerts are automatically or manually generated notifications that are sent via Email or Text Message to patients. These alerts are a one-stop click for a web link to the Portal and the health information they need.

How do Portal Alerts Work?

In order for patients to know that they have an item to view on the Patient Portal, we have created Portal Alerts. All messages sent to the Portal will automatically trigger an Alert to be sent to the patient. This alert will be in the form of a Text Message or Email.

What can you send with Portal Alerts?

Send invitations for patients to create and access the Portal. This can be triggered automatically with the use of a notification or manually with a few clicks in the system.

What is a booking wizard?

The Booking Wizard guides patients through custom questions to determine booking options. This allows your patients to book Well Visits on Well Visit Slots, and Sick Visits on Sick Visit Slots while we do the decision work for them. When booking an appointment we have the ability to prompt the patient for further information such as clinical reason. We can also offer instructions to the patient prior to the visit.
