Patients should be prepared to present the appropriate payment for services at the time of registration. In the case of commercial insurance, the visit co-pay will be collected for the appropriate physicians or in the case of Public Aid recipients, the current applicable co-pay for the visit.
Our Central Scheduling office is available every day from 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM. This service can schedule your future appointments for Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, ENT, Dermatology, Gynecology as well as for X-Ray services.

A patient statement will be generated after your insurance plan has considered the claim and there is patient responsibility or in 45 days from the date of service, if your insurance has not responded to our bill.
