Accessing Health Care at Tripler Army Medical Center

Tripler Army Medical Center, U.S. Army Health Clinic-Schofield Barracks and the Warrior Ohana Medical Home use a central appointment system that allows a patient to dial just one number to make appointments with several clinics.

Making Appointments

The phone number to the appointment line is 888-683-2778. The appointment line is open Monday-Friday, except holidays, 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please note that some specialty clinics have different hours of operation and if you select that clinic from the automated menu, it may not be available the same hours.

What tier is Tripler Army Medical Center?

Tripler Army Medical Center and the Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic (DDHC) are moving into Tier 2 of our vaccination administration process on Monday March 8. In this tier, all eligible TRICARE beneficiaries, in all service branches, ages 16 and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Tripler and DDHC. Beneficiaries can book an appointment at either location by visiting Operation COVID Shot at https://www.operationcovidshot.com (Not compatible with internet explorer.) No walk-ins will be accepted. All patients must have an appointment.

MHS GENESIS, the new electronic health record for the Military Health System (MHS), provides enhanced, secure technology to manage your health information. MHS GENESIS integrates inpatient and outpatient solutions that will connect medical and dental information across the continuum of care, from point of injury to the military treatment facility. This includes garrison, operational, and en-route care, increasing efficiencies for beneficiaries and healthcare professionals. When fully deployed, MHS GENESIS will provide a single health record for service members, veterans, and their families.
