The Health Center accepts private insurance and participates in many insurance plans. Students should bring their insurance card in addition to their University ID card. However, payment of the plan co-payments is expected at the time of service.
Students who attend the University of Utah are required to be fully vaccinated against measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR). With the full FDA approval of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, the university is also requiring COVID-19 vaccination. Learn more about the requirements here Immunization Requirements Policy
The Student Health Center has consolidated clinical staffing to Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm. Tuesday evening extended hours during fall and spring semesters are 7:30am - 7:30pm. We will be accepting appointments for asymptomatic patients who need immunizations, titers, labs and QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood tests.
