What is the Student Health Center?

Hours : Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 (closed for lunch from 12-1 daily) Please call for an appointment. We are going to try not to have walk in right now (hoping to space our visits).

COVID-19 Vaccine Documentation

Submit vaccination records to the secure Patient Health Portal by uploading an image of your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card received at the time of vaccination or a COVID-19 immunization record provided by a healthcare provider.

ISU Pharmacy

The pharmacy is open for in-person use during regular business hours. If you are in isolation or quarantine, you may authorize for someone to pick up your prescription on your behalf through the secure patient portal.

Immunizations

Please visit our immunization compliance page for details on immunizations required for Summer (submission deadline July 1) and Fall 2021 (submission deadline August 27, 2021. Due to the extremely high volume of records being submitted to Student Health Services, please allow 3-5 business days for your submission to be processed.

What are the symptoms of urination?

Urinary symptoms - burning, frequency, urgency. Other health needs or conditions that a patient or family member deems urgent. All undergraduate and graduate students taking one or more credit hours at Indiana State are eligible to receive services at the Health Center.

Does the Health Center accept insurance?

The Health Center accepts private insurance and participates in many insurance plans. Students should bring their insurance card in addition to their University ID card. However, payment of the plan co-payments is expected at the time of service.

New from Student Health

Students who attend the University of Utah are required to be fully vaccinated against measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR). With the full FDA approval of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, the university is also requiring COVID-19 vaccination. Learn more about the requirements here Immunization Requirements Policy

Student Health Center Closure Dates

The Student Health Center has consolidated clinical staffing to Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm. Tuesday evening extended hours during fall and spring semesters are 7:30am - 7:30pm. We will be accepting appointments for asymptomatic patients who need immunizations, titers, labs and QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood tests.
