Go to the Health Records Sections of the Health app on your phone and search for Steward Medical Group (Massachusetts/New Hampshire). Log in with the Username and Password you use to access your Steward Medical Group patient portal account. (If you don’t already have an account, create one at www.stewardconnect.org.)
Through the new portal, patients will have more access to their information in one secure location anytime, anywhere, from a desktop, laptop, phone or tablet device.
