Scheduling Your Appointments
Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily and patient appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. You can schedule an appointment by calling during regular office hours.
Telephone Consultations
Please make non-emergency calls during regular office hours when your records are available. We will obtain some preliminary information for your call. Calls will be returned between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Emergency Situations After Office Hours
Our answering service will immediately forward messages concerning your needs to the physician on call. In a major emergency, call 911 or go directly to the emergency room at Williamson Medical Center.
Payment for Office Services
Payment for office services is expected at the time care is received. Our office accepts payment by cash, check and, for your convenience, Visa or MasterCard.
