For a patient younger than 18 years, an account can be requested by an emancipated minor, or a legally authorized representative (those who have legal authority to make health care decisions on behalf of the child). Patients 18 years or older can request their own accounts.

Family Caregiver Limits due to COVID-19

To protect our patient families and employees during the outbreak of COVID-19, we have restricted the number of caregivers on campus and in housing. At this time, only one caregiver per patient is allowed in the hospital and in St. Jude housing facilities.
