What is the south County Medical Group?

Patient Portal – a means for electronic communication with South County Internal Medicine. Notify our business office, or the front desk at check in if you would like to register for the portal. All you need is a valid e-mail address. Once the e-mail address is in our system, you will receive an invitation via e- mail to join the portal.
