What are the patient portals and how do they work?

Our patient portals are a convenient way to securely view your personal health information and interact with Penn State Health. They play a key role in your heath care - providing a 24/7 connection to the information you need to make better decisions.

How do I connect with a primary care partner on FollowMyHealth?

In your FollowMyHealth account click on “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner and then click on “Connections.” If you don’t see Primary Care Partners listed, you will need to click on “Add Connection.” Search by zip code 81501 for Primary Care Partners. Click on Primary Care Partners and click connect.

Is PCPA still using yourhealthfile patient portal?

IMPORTANT: PCPA will no longer use the YourHealthFile Patient Portal effective MAY 4th, 2019. Starting MAY 6th, 2019, all refill requests, messaging and payments will now be made through our new patient portal: MyPCPA! To request an activation link for our NEW patient portal, please call any of our offices.
