How to activate your patient portal?

Phone. To pay your bill or speak to a representative from our Patient Financial Services office, please call (212) 731-3100 or our toll-free number (866) 682-9380. Mail. To mail your payment, please send checks and money orders to: The Mount Sinai Hospital. P.O. Box 27761.

How do I access my Patient Portal?

Download instructions: Access the Apple App Store or Android Play Store on your mobile device. Search for 'MyChart' to locate the application. Download the free MyChart application. Launch the MyChart application and select Mount Sinai as your healthcare provider. Log in using your MyChart username and password.

How to get your patients to use your patient portal?

If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyMountSinai Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyMountSinai help desk at 1 855-343-3470 to help you regain access to your MyMountSinai account.

MyChart allows you to communicate directly with your doctors as well as get test results, request prescription renewals, and manage your appointments. MyChart can be accessed through the internet browser on your desktop computer and mobile phone, or through the MyChart Android and iPhone app.

How to Sign Up

For Mobile: The MyMountSinai® mobile app is free to download and use. Just go to the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you download the app, you can log in with your MyChart username and password, or register if you are a new patient.
