The Patient Portal gives you easy and private access to your medical information online, so you can view your personal health record whenever and wherever you have access to the internet! To gain access to our secure portal, simply sign-up by providing someone in our office with your personal e-mail address.

What is the MyView patient portal?

The MyVIEW Patient Portal provides patients and their families access to health information online at any time and from almost anywhere. With the portal, patients are able to access their visit history, health summary report, lab results and imaging reports as well as update personal information.

How do I sign up for Medicare at Sierra View?
