Counseling Services

Crisis Counseling: Crisis counseling is available any time during SHAC business hours. Call SHAC at 503.725.2800.

Patient Portal

Use the SHAC Patient Portal to schedule routine and same day medical appointments, view and cancel existing appointments, and complete appointment specific questionnaires.

Accessing the SHSU Patient Portal

You must activate your SHSU email before you can log in. SHSU requires to submit all medical information through our Patient Portal. Our Patient Portal allows you to upload documents from your smartphone.

Uploading your Insurance

Tuberculosis (TB) screening form (Required for all students): this form must be completed and electronically signed (by student over 18, or parent/legal guardian). If IGRA bloodwork is required the lab results must be uploaded.
