How do I Activate my MyHealth Patient Portal account?

Simply activate your MyHealth Patient Portal account using the activation code given to you by your provider’s office or click the MyHealth Patient Portal link on this website and request an activation code. Once your account is activated you can begin paying your bills online.

Clerical

Our clerical team performs a variety of functions from assisting patients as they check-in to preparing lab work. Our receptionists help patients schedule their lab work, process paper work, and gather insurance information.

Phlebotomists

Our team of phlebotomists are responsible for drawing blood, performing bleeding times, collecting specimens, and checking glucose levels. Phlebotomists interact directly with our patients always keeping the safety and comfort of our patients in mind.

Processing

Our processing team prepares the blood and body fluid for testing. The blood and/or body fluid that has been collected is placed in a centrifuge that rapidly spins the sample to separate the cells and other matter from the blood or fluid. A majority of the tests are performed only on the serum or plasma components of the blood.
