If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center. On Sept. 28 and 29, the Patient Portal experienced connectivity issues that prevented it from saving information.
Most locations have two different portals: one is for your hospital visit information, and the other contains information from office visits with your doctor. Medical Records. To improve the continuity and accuracy of patient information, and to best communicate within a collaborative medical team environment, Rutland Regional Medical Center has moved to an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
The Patient Portal is an excellent way to access your personal medical records. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for Patient Portal. In order to get an account you must provide an email address at the time of your hospital registration. For HIPAA privacy reasons a shared email address cannot be used.
The Patient Portal is currently only available for hospital visits.
Once you have established your account, simply select My Health to start viewing specific health information. If you have questions or concerns about how to find information, please feel free to call us at 1.877.621.8014. We are here 24/7!
The “Labs” section will display your lab test results. Lab tests not performed at Rutland Regional Medical Center and certain sensitive results will be withheld from the portal (i.e. HIV, pregnancy, and STDs).
If you've found an error or need information changed in your medical records, please fill out the Request for Amendment/Correction of Health Information Form. Once you've completed the form, please mail it to:
Click the “My Health” section. Here, you can choose to view different categories of information.
Our Patient Portal is free to use. It is a built-in function of our Electronic Medical Record system which is also supported by Cerner.
NOTE: Not everyone will qualify for self-enrollment. If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
Once proxy access is approved, you will receive an email invite. You must accept the email invite, which will then direct you to the next step to complete the proxy access. With proxy access, you are able to easily toggle back and forth between your personal medical record, and all proxy accounts to which you have been granted access.
