At Columbus Regional Health, we strive to innovate and identify solutions that provide our patients with a connected, seamless healthcare experience. That is why we offer a unified medical record platform for our system.
MyChart's Hello Patient feature leverages geolocation capabilities on iOS and Android devices to detect when a patient arrives for an appointment.
MyChart offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.
In 2020 Columbus Regional Health launched telehealth visits through MyChart. Telehealth services can be used for new patient appointments, follow up appointments, standard clinical care, counseling, patient education, Medicare wellness visits, and more.
If the patient does have outstanding check in tasks, he or she can be automatically signed in and then prompted to complete eCheck-in.
Although patient medical records will automatically be housed on the new Epic platform, each patient must sign up to use the MyChart application.
