What is the number to call for a nurse triage?

If you are unsure if you need to be seen by a physician, or need medical advice, call our Nurse Triage at 479-575-4451. Note: Some health concerns cannot be made via the Patient Portal. If you’re unable to schedule an appointment, call 479-575-4451. Only Medical Services can be scheduled via the Patient Portal.

How far in advance can you cancel a mental health appointment?

Charges apply for missed appointments or appointments not canceled at least two (2) hours in advance for the medical clinics and by 4:30 p.m. the day prior for counseling/psychiatry services.
