PatientLink is CAMC’s patient portal. A patient portal allows you to electronically access your health records and other information about your care. Once you are enrolled in PatientLink, you can use it from your computer, tablet or phone. PatientLink is convenient, free and secure.

When will my doctor get the results? Results for routine tests are usually available within 24 hours. If your physician uses electronic medical records, the results are recorded as soon as technical staff can verify the results. Reports sent by courier arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
Patients who wish to participate will be issued a MyChart activation code during their clinic visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. If you were not issued an activation code, you may call your primary care clinic to get one or ask to sign up during your next office visit.
