What is the purpose of the patient portal?

As a ProHealth Physicians patient, you can sign up for the myProHealth patient portal. It’s a secure, online tool powered by FollowMyHealth ®. Use it to communicate with your doctor, review doctor visits, medications, test results and more. And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you.

If you need a MyChart account, please signup online....For Children Under the Age of 14Go to Messages > Request Family Access.Read and accept the proxy access terms and conditions.Submit the “Minor” proxy request form.

How do I set up vidant MyChart?

At your provider's office: Step 1: At the front desk of your provider's office, ask to receive an activation link through email or text. Step 2: Follow the link and complete the steps. For additional questions, visit our MyChart Frequently Asked Questions page.

How long does it take to get approved for ProHealth?

This is an important step to connect you to us as your health care provider. Your connection will be approved within 48 hours.

Is myProHealth available 24 hours a day?

And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you. If you prefer not to sign up, this will not affect the care you receive from any ProHealth provider.

Mild symptoms can often be addressed at home without care. If you develop trouble breathing or other moderate symptoms, call your primary care physician, visit any ProHealth Urgent Care location or schedule a virtual urgent care visit.
