The Exams tab lets you view all the exams you’ve received at Premier Diagnostic Imaging. These will be listed in the left sidebar. (Please remember, if you logged in with an I-Code instead of creating an account, you will only be able to see the exam associated with the I-Code).

You can tell when you are secure by looking at the location (URL) field. If the URL begins with https:// (instead of http://), the document comes from a secure server. This means your data cannot be read or deciphered by unauthorized individuals. You can tell whether you are truly connected to Premier Health by viewing the digital certificate. This certificate verifies the connection between the Premier Health server's public key and the server's identification.
As a MyChart user, your role in maintaining the security of your medical information is: 1) Changing your password on a regular basis, and 2) Keeping your login ID and password confidential.
If you already have a MyChart account, log in to manage your health record, schedule an appointment, or pay a bill.
For other than general information viewing, MyChart must be accessed with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) compatible browser or terminal (Internet Explorer version 8,9,10 or 11, Firefox 33+, Chrome 38+ or Safari 6). Our SSL web server uses authentication and offers the highest level of encryption technology commercially available (128-bit RC4).
In some cases, the clinic staff that needs to respond to an electronic inquiry or other communication may not be immediately available so a patient should allow at least two (2) business days for a response.
