What are the age requirements to have a patient portal account?

PLEASE NOTE: Physicians East requires that patients be at least 18 years of age to have a patient portal account. Patient portal accounts created by anyone under the age of 18 will be deactivated. Take advantage of the online services offered by our practice with the assurance that all of your information is encrypted and stored securely.

How do I use the secure patient portal?

You may use the secure patient portal to communicate non-urgent related questions to your care team. Can you see lab results on a lab portal?

We can only display results of tests done at our preferred lab, and only when they are ordered by our doctors. If you have lab work done by another lab or another doctor, it will NOT be available on the portal.

Does the portal track immunizations?

The portal tries to track overdu e tests and immunizations, but it can only do this if the information has been entered into our system.

Can patients access the portal without difficulty?

The vast majority of our patients access the portal without any difficulty . So when problems occur, we are confident they are due to technical problems on the patient's side. Unfortunately, we are not trained to solve those problems. Please follow the suggestions on this website before calling for help. These are the same suggestions that our staff will offer.
