What happened to the original patient portal?

As of September 17th, 2020 our original patient portal has been retired and we will be moving ahead with a more modern interface. While no longer technically beta testing, there will be some glitches to work through.

When can I access the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Enjoy having immediate access to all of your child’s records at the touch of a button! I highly recommend that patients do utilize our Patient Portal because what that does is it allows any parent direct access to your child’s records, to the patient records.

Why is a child not eligible for the Patient Portal?

Any child who is known to be in a foster care program will be considered ineligible for the Patient Portal due to privacy and confidentiality concerns.

How many passwords are there for a child's health insurance?

There will only be one unique username and password assigned for each child. It is up to the child’s guardians to determine if they want to make the decision to confidentially share the account information to gain access to the child’s health records.
