How to access patient portal?

For our Established Patients, you can now request appointment times via your Patient Portal. If you are a new patient, or you don’t have a patient portal, please call us at 614-771-0200 and press Option 3 to schedule an appointment. Walk-in Hours We do not offer Walk-ins on Saturdays

Although physician attitude toward the portal plays a crucial role in patient adoption, little information regarding physician opinion of the portal is available, with almost no information gathered in the pediatric environment.

Mask Policy

Please note that it is still mandatory for all patients to wear mask in our office.

Changes Due to Covid-19

Starting April 12, 2021 we will resume our sick walk in hours Mon-Fri 7:30am-9:30am for sick established patients ONLY. With Scheduled office hours Monday-Friday 9:00 am-3pm until further notice.

Flu Clinic

Call office to set up your appointment for our Flu clinic on Saturday November 13-8:30am till 12pm and Dec 4- 8:30am till 12pm, for our established patients and parents.

Open Hours

Saturday: 9:30 am – 12:00pm We will stay as long as we have established sick patients needing us! No new patients. Call us starting at 8:30 am to book a SAME DAY SICK appointment.

Walk-in Hours

Walk-in Hours: Monday through Friday between 7:30 am – 9:30 am for established patients (no new patients), and no appointment is necessary for these emergency ill visits. We happily guarantee same day sick/ill appointments!

How often do you have to bring your child to PPI?

2) A parent or Guardian will need to bring your child in every 3 months for a recheck on medication and consultation. A sibling, grandparent, or step parent who is not a legal guardian may not bring a child. 3) PPI will NOT write for more than 3 months at a time of prescription medication.

Can you use the Portal for urgent matters?

The Portal should NEVER be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office tel:, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances.

Can you access your child's medical records on your smartphone?

The Portal is not a substitute for appropriate and timely contact with your provider. You can access your child's medical records on your smartphone through Marblehead Pediatrics' secure patient portal at mhp.pcc.com/portal.
