Dr. Charles Nelson will be opening his primary care practice at Pacifica Medicine Bainbridge in May, 2022. To enroll as a patient with Dr. Nelson please email our patient membership coordinator, or call the office at (360) 979-0569 and select Option 3. Dr. Marie Matty, Dr. Andrea Chymiy and Dr. Sarah Rice are not currently accepting new patients.

Sometimes your physician may request you to come in for a visit or get new labs before your prescription can be renewed.
