A patient portal is an online tool that offers 24 hour access to a secure environment where you can access your personal health information. Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with our office, you’ll be invited via email to create an account in one of our two patient portals.

How do I create an account in the patient portal?

Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with our office, you’ll be invited via email to create an account in one of our two patient portals. Using a secure username and password, you will be granted access to the portal via the web.

How many portals does orthopedic one have?

There are currently 2 portals that Orthopedic One uses. Which portal you are invited to, will be dependent on your provider. In some cases, you may be invited to both portals. The functions you use in each portal will be specific to your physician provider.

Do you need a referral for orthopedic surgery?

No referral required. When you experience an orthopedic issue of any kind, you can schedule an appointment directly with our physicians without a referral (unless mandated by your insurance). We’ll keep your primary care physician informed, while putting you on the path to recovery sooner.
