Open the Google Chrome web browser and go to https://patientportal.eyefinity.com. Log in with the patient portal user name and password. The initial patient portal user name and password were established by the patient during the activation process. For more information, go to Activating Patient Portal Accounts.

Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.

You can now easily create new open charges to bill on fee slips when you are transferring a balance from a primary insurance carrier to VSP COB. When recording an adjustment in the Fee Slip Item Adjustment window, simply select Transfer to VSP COB as the Adj. Type and select the Create Open Charges check box (this check box is selected by default).

Known Issues

You cannot open FrameMate from the Tasks drop-down menu in OfficeMate; however, you can still quickly open FrameMate from the Products icon in OfficeMate.
