As an OU Health patient, you have access to your clinic visit information as well as your hospital information (including tests, procedures, labs and radiology) and the ability to pay your bill and more via our patient portals. The information that you wish to access will determine which portal you will use.
Hospital Patient Portal Support at (844) 875-5476 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To register: Enter your patient information (provided at registration) including your email address and Medical Record Number (MRN) or Unit Number*.
You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.
Please contact your medical provider’s office for instructions on how to change or reset your patient portal password. Once you can log in to your patient portal, you’ll be able to make changes to your security question or access code.
Enrollment Invitation – North Okaloosa Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
If you have already signed up for MyHealthHome, click here to login to your account.
Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.
Click here for technical support if you have difficulty registering for or using MyHealthHome.
