When will the NSHC offices be closed?

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, the NSHC offices will be closed Monday, July 5th, 2021. Testing will remain open throughout the holiday. Live phone support will resume Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

How to log in to a study manual if you don't have a group ID?

If you do not have the Group ID, contact the person that provided you a study manual. Enter your information and assign yourself a password. (NOTE, your Group ID is not a password!) Click submit. Once registered, you may log in as a member with your email (User Name) and self-assigned password.

Why is there no data in the measures below?

If there is no data included with the description of the measures below, it may be because your facility doesn't offer that particular service or treatment. Some data is reported every month or quarter and some is reported once a year. Occasionally, a measure is no longer used.

Is one measure an indication of a facility's quality?

One measure is not an indication of a facility's quality. Sometimes a smaller population can make a measure move pretty drastically from quarter to quarter, so don't be alarmed if you see a dip or a spike.
