How to keep our community healthy?

What are we doing to keep our community healthy? 1 We are actively screening every single appointment over the phone and making sure that if a family has symptoms of coronavirus and a potential exposure, they are directed to either stay home or arrange for a visit isolated from the rest of our patients. 2 Staff and providers are being screened for symptoms at the start of each day. They are also wearing masks and gloves as extra protection to limit exposure and transmission of the virus. 3 We have set aside specific rooms areas in the waiting room for well children, keeping them separate from our sick patients. 4 Enhanced cleaning procedures to high traffic areas/objects every 20-30 minutes during clinic hours during and at the end of each day to reduce contamination of surfaces. 5 Review of daily notifications from the Health Department about local outbreak. Protocols will be revised and shared with staff as needed.
