What is the new patient portal?

You can also set up your own patient portal account by using our self-enrollment tool. My Health Rec is available for all patients who have registered and had services provided to them from the facility. Already registered? Log in. At North Shore Primary Care, we provide our patients with a variety of health and preventive services and examinations. Test Results

Your test results will be made available to you through the patient portal soon after they are finalized, and likely before your provider has had a chance to review them. It can be difficult to understand the meaning of test results without the input of your provider.

New Feature: Patients Can Send Attachments To Secure Messages Sent Through The Portal From Their Desktop Computer and Mobile Phone

You Can Now Check in for Shore Physicians Group Primary & Specialty Care through the portal

Two days prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email notification that it is time to check in for your appointment. We encourage you to stop at the front desk and update your communication preferences to ensure you are able to check in online.
