Dr. Chang received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Creighton University, Omaha, NE, in 1989. He earned his medical degree in 1993 from Creighton University School of Medicine, and conducted his internship, residency and fellowship at Creighton University Affiliated Hospitals.

Todd C. Hoopman, MD

Dr. Hoopman received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, in 1995. He earned his medical degree in 1999 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas where he also conducted his internship, residency and fellowship.
