If you need to sign up for MyLVHN, visit MyLVHN.org first and click on the “Create Account” button to get started. MyLVHN: It’s the story of your health.

How do I get access to mylvhn through a proxy?

Proxy Access - Birth parents or legal guardians may request proxy access to a minor’s (under the age of 18) MyLVHN account by completing the Proxy Access Authorization Form at your child’s provider’s office.

Can mylvhn be used in an emergency?

MyLVHN is not to be used for medical emergencies or urgent situations. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Medication refills are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Refills will be completed within two business days.

Pastoral care services also are available at each LVHN hospital to support and attend to patients’ diverse spiritual needs.

How many visitors are allowed in LVHN waiting rooms?

In all LVHN surgery waiting rooms, two visitors are permitted per patient. Visitors are being seated at least six feet away from one another. Visitors are encouraged to use the EASE app, which sends real-time updates to loved ones. Visitors who drive patient for surgery are asked if they are willing to leave their phone number and go to another location so they can be called when the patient is ready for discharge.

How many visitors are allowed per patient?

Two visitors are permitted per patient. No children under 12 are permitted, unless approved by patient care services leadership. No visitors are allowed for patients with COVID-19, except for clergy and for patients who are at end-of-life.

Pediatric areas, including Children’s ER, pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and pediatric inpatient unit: Two parents/guardians may remain at the bedside at all times. One additional, designated support person is allowed at the bedside from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Children under age 12 may not visit.

Great App, but..

I love the app, but the new version looks so cluttered and things seem to be all over the place. It's not only me but my entire family I have added on my account so it seems that every time I open the app, there are a million messages zoomed into my screen.

Seriously lacking

E check-in for appointments sounds great, and would be, except it doesn’t actually check you in. I’m still not sure what the intended utility of this feather was supposed to be. You still have to wait in line and wait to check in with staff, which makes that feature a complete waste of time.
